Received 2 letters yesterday to inform me that Insure my ride will not be renewing 1. my Fully comp and 2. CTP insurance. So looks like they will be closing down.

I check prices each year and for last 9 years have used Insure my ride for fully comp and first time last year I used them for CTP. Prior to that I was using Monaland for CTP http://forums.ratscafe.org/showthrea...een-slips-GOOD

That's a real shame as their prices have been much lower than any other comparisons I found.

Same on mine. Apparently next reminder will also be sent via Shannons.
Shannons have always been at least $100 more expensive for me, so will see what quote is and shop around again when time comes.

I have used Shannons for years and had a bike stolen a couple of years ago and they paid me without question.

Sure Shannons are good. Its just that I have never made a claim, so at 100 bucks more a year I would have paid an additional $1600 in premiums since 2000 if had not used Insure my ride.
Will as usual shop around, but I think I will be paying a lot more this year now they are out of business :-(

    I just got my quote. $242. 57
Which is not bad, and about same as Insure my ride from memory.

I am sure my agreed value will be lower than yours being an 02 bonny. I guess suburb is what makes mine higher?
