    Choco'lait Café

    Greetings Ladies and Gents

I am very pleased to announce the opening of Chef's café. For several months now, we have been working very hard to accomplish what is now Choco'lait Café located in Waterloo just 5 min via bus 343 on Elizabeth st from Central station.

What we serve except for great service... Pastries and Danish ( chocolate bread, croissants...) all cooked on premises, upmarket foot long sandwiches fresh french baguette for 10 bucks meat loaf sandwich with onion jam tomato chutney, pork shoulder in sweet sauce with mayonnaise apple coleslaw even vegetarian option with chargrill capsicum roasted eggplants, cheese sausage sandwich and more....
Homemade belgian waffles and meat pies and quiches
It sounds marketing but i really do have a great coffee and awesome cheesecake that i'm really pround of a TRIPLE chocolate cheesecake and "patisserie" of french import

If your not into coffees, come and check out the hot chocolate, a special blend of white, dark, milk chocolate and spices or white choc or chai latte from Venezuela

Too much to describe all. What i tried to do is to bring you my 20 years + experience of hospitality into upmarket yet affordable quality food.

Hope you folks will come and check us out @ Choco'lait Café in Waterloo 697 Elizabeth st.

Can def recommend the Belgium hot chocolate, a special blend of white, dark, milk chocolate and spices

And the lunch menu is awesome. Had trouble deciding what to go for with the variety and in the end went vegetarian. Food was amazing and I really wanted to go a pastry. But helpings are so generous, I could not eat anything more !

Great to catch up Chef and lovely to meet your wife and friends.

Considering weather and the fact you only opened yesterday. You were very busy !

I will be back again for sure and so will many others once they have tried your food and beverages

    Highly recommend

Expect myself and family very very very soon.

If was closer, I would be there for lunch today as really want the same again :-)

All good mate. Like a guy at MCAS told me one "i'm like a prostitute, only here to please others, only difference i can sit down at the end of the day". Sorry i didn't have time to say a proper good bye but got pretty slammed, especially when i'm still a little wobbly and bit stressed. Hope to you (any RAT-S members) ASAP
    Thousand thanks for your support
